The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Unloading Of The Subject Of The Order By The Contractor At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, 2) Delivery Of The Ordered Equipment, Brand New, Unused Equipment, Free From Structural, Material And Legal Defects. The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Bear Signs Of Use. In Addition, It Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified By The Manufacturer Of A Given Product And Guarantee Safety, Functionality And Reliability Of Use Within The Scope Of Its Intended Use, 3) Assembly, Installation And Commissioning In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4) Delivery In Polish Of All Documents Regarding The Subject Of The Contract, Necessary For Proper And Lawful Operation And Functioning, In Particular Warranty Cards, Operating And Operating Manuals, Etc., 5) Training Of The Employers Employees In The Use Of Devices, 6) Indication Along With Delivery Service Points That Will Service Individual Devices. The Cost Of Insurance For The Time Of Transport Until The Equipment Is Delivered To The Ordering Partys Facility Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. The Risk Of Loss And/Or Damage To The Equipment Is Transferred To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Report Without Comments. All Risks Related To The Delivery, Unloading And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver At His Own Expense And Ensure That The Delivered Devices Are Brought To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Delivered Devices Must Be Brand New, Unused, Packed In Intact, Original Packaging (With Product Identification Data) And / Or In A Manner Ensuring The Preservation Of Their Properties And Technical And Operational Parameters During Transport And Storage In Warehouse Conditions. The Supplied Devices/Equipment/Products/Equipment Must Be Fully Operational And Prepared For Work Related To Their Intended Use, Meeting The Currently Applicable Requirements In The Field Of Health And Safety And Other Regulations, Having All The Legal Requirements And Other Regulations - Certificates, Tests And Approvals Related To The Nature Of Work And The Purpose Of The Device.
