Tenders Are Invited For Providing Mobile Telephony And Wireless Internet Services For Nask-Pib Employees

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Mobile Telephony Services And The Provision Of Mobile Internet Access Services For The Needs Of The Scientific And Academic Computer Network - National Research Institute, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party Or Nask-Pib.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Transfer At The Contractors Expense And Activate All Subscriber (Voice) Numbers And All Subscriber (Internet) Numbers Assigned To 1200 Sim Cards To The Contractors Network And To Deliver And Activate 300 Sim Cards On The Basis Of Each Instruction Of The Ordering Party; 2) Transfer And Activate The Sim Cards Referred To In Point 1, Not Earlier Than From October 1, 2023. 3) Ensure The Availability Of The Service 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours A Day, All Days The Term Of The Agreement;4) Ensuring Free Calls To And From All Mobile Telephone Networks In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland;5) Ensuring Free Voice Calls To And From Landline Telephones In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland;6) Ensuring International Calls To And From Mobile Telephone Networks;7) Ensuring International Calls To And From Fixed-Line Telephony Networks;8) Ensure Free Sending Of Sms And Mms Messages To All National Mobile Telephony Networks In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland;9) Activate And Provide The Ordering Party With Mobile Telephony Sim Cards In The Quantities Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract;10) Ensure Downloading/Sending Data Within The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Abroad; 11) Ensuring Access To The Mobile Network In The Areas Covered By The Declared Coverage (According To The Published Coverage Maps), At A Level That Enables Voice And Data Transmission In All Conditions; 12) Ensuring Free Listening To Voicemail On Within The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland;13) Programming, Transferring And Activating (Within The Time Limit Specified In Point 2 Above) To The Ordering Party Mobile Telephony Sim Cards In The Total Number Specified In Appendix No. 2 To The Agreement - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order;14) Providing Access To Mobile Internet Services In The Areas Covered By The Declared Coverage (According To The Published Coverage Maps) At A Level Enabling Data Transmission; In A One-Month Billing Period. 16) Ensuring Round-The-Clock Supervision Over The Functioning Of The Service Provided During The Term Of The Agreement; 17) Enabling The Ordering Party 24/7 Access, Via A Web Application, To Managing Services And Configuration On Activated Sim Cards; 18) Ensuring The Continuity And Quality Of The Service Provided - The Ordering Party Requires That The Interruption In The Provision Of Services Does Not Last Longer Than 12 (Twelve) Clock Hours At A Time, And The Ordering Party Shall Not Be Charged With The Costs Of Removing Any Failures Affecting The Services Provided To It; 19) Indication Of Persons Dedicated To Cooperation On The Part Of The Operator. 20) Providing Additional Telecommunications Services Related To The Subject Of The Order, Which The Ordering Party Is Unable To Foresee And Describe In Detail At The Current Stage Of The Procedure, And Which The Ordering Party Will Use At The Stage Of Order Execution, Depending On The Needs That Occur, In Accordance With The Price List Of The Contractors Services For Business Customers. This Price List Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party Within 3 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Price List Provided Will Be Valid For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, I.E. For A Period Of 24 Months, Subject To The Provisions Of The Agreement On Indexation Of Remuneration. Given In Item No. 10 In The Price Form, Constituting Appendix No. 3 To The Tor, The Gross Price Is The Limit That The Ordering Party May Use For Additional Services During The Term Of The Contract.3. The Scope Of Services Provided Under The Basic Order Includes The Services Indicated Below: 1) Voice Services In The Amount*: 1500 Sim Cards; 1 In The Amount*: 1500 Sim Cards;3) 50 Gb Data Transmission Service In Poland (Data) In The Amount*: 50 Sim Cards;4) 25 Gb Data Transmission Service In Poland (Data) In The Amount*: 50 Sim Cards ;5) Private Apn In The Amount*: 5 Subscription Services;6) Static Ip Address In The Amount*: 3 Subscription Services;7) Data Transmission Within The Eu 2 Gb In The Quantity*: 50 Sim Cards;8) Data Transmission Within The Eu 5 Gb In The Amount*: 10 Sim Cards; 9) Sms Sending Service To All Telephones Of The Ordering Party In The Amount*: 1 Subscription Service; In The Amount* Of 8,000.00 Gross For All Additional Services For The Period Of 24 Months Of Service Provision.* The Amount Depends On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. ** The Ordering Party In Relation To Item No. 10 Provided The Gross Price For The Provision Of Additional Services By The Contractor, Which The Ordering Party Is Unable To Foresee And Describe In Detail At The Current Stage Of The Procedure, And Which The Ordering Party Will Use At The Stage Of Order Execution Depending On The Needs That Will Occur, In Accordance With The Price List For Services Contractors For Business Customers, Which Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party Within 3 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Provided Price List Will Be Valid For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, I.E. For A Period Of 24 Months. The Given Gross Price Is The Limit That The Ordering Party May Use For Additional Services During The Term Of The Contract.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz) Is Contained In Appendix No. 1 To Swz.5. Order Completion Date: Services Performed Under The Subject Of The Agreement Will Be Provided From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months. The Transfer To The Contractors Network Of The Existing Telephone Numbers Assigned And Used By The Employer Will Take Place No Earlier Than October 1, 2023.6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Conducting Negotiations In Order To Improve The Content Of Tenders Submitted In Response To The Contract Notice.
