Play And Sports Facilities 2024-2027. The Current Playground Framework Agreement 2019-2023 Expired On July 25, 2023 And Will Therefore Be Put Out To Tender Again. There Are Approximately 350 Playgrounds In The Municipality Of Hoorn. The Contract Is Divided Into Three Lots. The Basic Principle Is That During The Coming Contract Period, Approximately Thirty (30) Playgrounds, Or Parts Of Playgrounds, Will Be Renewed/Renovated Within Plot 1 And/Or 3 Every Year. And The Starting Point For Plot 2 Is That Four (4) Traditional Playgrounds Will Be Renovated Each Year. Transformed Into Natural Play Areas. The Number Of Play Areas Can Change (Both Up And Down) As A Result Of, For Example, Area Development Or The Closure Of Play Areas. The Purpose Of The Tender Procedure Is To; To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Three (3) Tenderers For Lot 1; To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Two (2) Tenderers For Lot 2; To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One (1) Tenderer For Lot 3.
