The Service Is Directly Related To Military Equipment Within The Meaning Of Ml9.A.1 Of The List Of Defense-Related Products Annex No. 1 Of Decree Of The Council Of Ministers No. 422 Of December 14, 2022. The Service Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Technical Specification Ts M 96.3322.19 - Uvo. Purpose And Scope Of The Service The Purpose Of The Service Is To Perform: Defect And Repair Works To Restore The Ships Hull And Systems. Reconstruction Of The Ship Into A Minesweeper Type, Preserving Its Existing Functional Purpose. A Contract Will Be Concluded With The Participant In The Public Procurement Selected As The Contractor, According To The Order And The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. In The Event That Financing Is Not Provided, Either Party May Request Termination Of The Contract Without Notice After A Three-Month Period From Its Conclusion.
