As Part Of Outpatient Specialist Medical Care In Accordance With Section 116B Sgb V (Asv), The Operation Of A Nationwide Service Center Including A Database Is Required (Www.Asvservicestelle.De). This Service Point Has The Task Of Enabling Asvteams (Or Their Representatives) To Register And Maintain The Data, To Assign Asvteam Numbers And To Cooperate With Third Parties (Including Associations Of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, State Associations Of Health Insurance Companies And Substitute Funds, State Hospital Associations And Extended State Committees) And Asvteams To Exchange. The Billing Itself Is Not Part Of The Task. Only Formal Checks Are Expected From The Service Center. The Task Of The Asv Service Point Requires, Among Other Things: Direct Communication With Asvteams And The Above-Mentioned Third Parties Via A Web Application To Be Developed And Telephone/Written Exchange. The Web Application Is Also Intended To Inform The Public About The Asv Offers. The Data To Be Managed Includes Personal And Social Data, Therefore The Complete Service Is Within The Scope Of The European Union, The Agreement On The European Economic Area, Switzerland Or In A Third Country If There Is An Adequacy Decision In Accordance With Article 45 Gdpr And Additionally Those Resulting From The Adequacy Decision Requirements (Such As Required Certifications) Must Be Met.
