Agricultural Policy Dialogue Between The African Union And Germany To Strengthen The Resilience Of Food Systems In Africa. The Services To Be Awarded Include The Establishment And Consolidation Of An Agricultural Policy Dialogue Between The African Union And Germany To Strengthen The Resilience Of Food Systems In Africa (Apd Au). The Aim Of The Apd Au Is To Accelerate The Transformation And Strengthening Of The Resilience Of Food Systems At The Level Of Regional Economic Communities (Rec) And Member States Of The African Union Through A Support Program (Ismprass) To Be Developed By The African Union Commission. Within The Framework Of This Cooperation, The Apd Au Is Intended To Serve As A Platform To Enable And Strengthen The Mutual Intention Of Both Sides To Exchange Professional Knowledge, Experience, Technologies And Skills In Areas Of Mutual Interest. The Main Focus Of The Project Is To Strengthen The Capacity Of The African Union Commission To Prepare Strategic Guidelines And To Develop And Pilot An Implementation Mechanism And Knowledge Management. The Main Partner Is The Department Of Agriculture, Rural Development, Aquatic Economy And Sustainable Development Of The African Union Commission (Aucdarbe). In Addition, Cooperation With The Development Organization Audanepad, Recs And Other Actors From Science, Business And Civil Society Is Planned. In A One-Year Extended Introduction Phase (Inception Phase), The Project Structure Is To Be Established And The Plans Are To Be Concretized And Revised. Political Control Of The Project Is Ensured By The Federal Ministry Of Food And Agriculture And Aucdarbe. The Operational Cooperation Is To Be Regulated In A Letter Of Agreement. The Services To Be Provided Include The Deployment Of Long-Term And Short-Term Specialists And Other Project Staff In Addis Abbeba And In The Member States To Be Selected During The Course Of The Project, As Well As The Implementation Of Conferences, Working Group Meetings, Workshops, Studies And Specialist Information Trips
