Supplies And Services Necessary For The Organization Of The Celebration Of The International Day Of The Elderly Diada Gran Of The Barber Del Vall s City Council (6 Lots).Mixed Procurement Of The Supplies And Services Necessary For The Organization Of The Celebration Of The International Day Of The Elderly Diada Gran, Saturday November 4, 2023, By The Barber Del Vall s Town Council, Which Together With Its Codification, Figure In Section C) From The Table Of Characteristics Annex (Annex 1). This Action Comprises Different Areas That Must Be Executed Separately, Reason For Which It Is Expected That The Object Of This Contract Will Be Divided Into 6 Lots: Lot 1. Supply, Under Contractual Regime, Of Various Infrastructural Elements: Stage, Tents, Tables And Chairs, Including The Transport Service, Assembly And Disassembly. Lot 2. Supply, On A Rental Basis, Of Sanitary Cabins, Including The Transport Service, Emptying, Assembly And Disassembly. Lot 3. Service Of Surveillance (Annex Iv Lcsp). Lot 4. Assembly And Dismantling Support Service And Logistics (Annex Iv Lcsp). Lot 5. Preventive Service Ambulances. Lot 6. Supply, On A Leasing Regime, Of The Sound Infrastructure For The Sound System For Activities, Including The Transport Service, Assembly And Disassembly, And The Technical Support Service Thereof. The Bidding And Execution Of The Contract Will Govern, In Addition To The Applicable Legal Regulations, The Set Of Particular Administrative Clauses And The Set Of Technical Prescriptions (Ppt) (Appendix 2).
