Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment, Which Consists In The Delivery And Assembly By The Contractor Of A System Of Museum Walls On The Permanent Exhibition Along With The Necessary Accompanying Works (Including Transport, Unloading, Leveling) At The Museum Of The Kujawy And Dobrzyń Land In Włocławek In The Museum Branch Art Collection At Ul. Zamczej 10/12. Requirements For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Defects And Free From Encumbrance With The Rights Of Third Parties. 2) The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Covered By The Contractors Warranty ( The Warranty Granted For The Subject Of The Contract Constitutes The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Delivery Of The Subject Of A Renewed, Demonstration Or Post-Exhibition Order.3) The Warranty Granted By The Contractor For The Delivered Subject Of The Order Delivery Must Include The Transfer Of Ownership Rights To The Ordering Party. The Minimum Duration Of The Warranty Granted By The Contractor For The Delivered Subject Of The Order (Including The Assembly Service - If Applicable) Is 24 Months (The Warranty Granted For The Subject Of The Order Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers).4) The Guarantee Granted Must Be A Free Service Service Offered To The Ordering Party And Performed At The Place Of Implementation. Delivery Of Equipment (Its Installation/Operation). Acceptance Of Service Requests Via The Website Or Telephone Is Required. The Commencement Of The Warranty Will Be Counted From The Date Of Preparation (Signing) Of The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Of The Delivery Item. Conditions Regarding The Delivery: 1) The Contractor Will Deliver At His Own Expense And Risk To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And Will Properly Assemble The Subject Of The Order.2) The Contractor Will Include In The Offer Price All Costs Necessary For The Delivery, Including: Unloading, Bringing In, Proper Assembly And Maintaining Order During The Delivery To The Museum. 3) The Contractor Will, At Least 7 Days Before The Date Of The Planned Delivery, Notify It, I.E. Contact The Ordering Party To Determine The Place And Confirm The Specific Delivery Date. 4) Delivery Will Take Place On The Day Agreed Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor During The Investment Implementation. 5) Until The Delivery Item Is Accepted (Including Its Installation/Distribution) By The Ordering Party, The Risk Of Any Dangers Related To Its Possible Damage Or Loss Is Borne By The Contractor. 6) The Contractor Will Provide Free Inspection (Possible Adjustment) And Provide Instructions For Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party, Regarding The Correct Use, Maintenance And Safe Operation Of The Delivered Item. 7) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party, On The Day Of Issuing The Subject Of The Order, With All Documents Related To It, E.G. Technical Documents And Certificates Of Conformity, As Well As Warranty And Service Certificates, An Operating Manual In Polish, And A Catalog Of Spare Parts (If Applicable) Listed In The Warranty Card. 8) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Collected At The Ordering Partys Premises By The Ordering Party In The Presence Of The Contractor On A Previously Agreed Date. 9) The Contractor Will Tidy Up The Area After Assembly And Delivery No Later Than The Date Of The Commissions Final Acceptance Of The Completed Order. The Installation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed On The First Floor Of The Facility, Without Access To An Elevator. Detailed Scope Of The Task: Delivery And Installation Of Museum Walls For Permanent Exhibition (Kujawska Galeria Polskiej 19Th And Early 20Th Century) Includes: A) Construction Of Museum Walls: - Thickness 4 .5 ~ 6 Cm - Height 250 Cm - Width: 65 ~ 130 100 Cm - Construction: Mdf Board On Aluminum Profiles Or Mdf Board On A Honeycomb Structure Reinforced From The Top And Bottom With An Aluminum Profile, - - With An Upper Mounting Channel, - Standing Walls On Feet With Adjustable Height, B) Painting - Painted In A Selected Color From The Ral Palette, C) Transportd) Assembly - With Connectors (Assembly Elements) According To The Proposed Development Plan. The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly Cooperate With The Ordering Party In Order To Coordinate The Correct Course Delivery And Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines;
