1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Brunary Along With The Reconstruction Of The Gas Installation On Plot No. 419/6 And No. 209/4 Within Brunary, Commune. Uście Gorlickie. The Facility Being Constructed Is Being Built Through The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Brunary Along With The Reconstruction Of The Conflicting Gas Installation. The Implementation Involves The Addition Of A Garage Room For A New Fire Truck On The South-West Side And The Reconstruction Of The Existing Roof Where It Connects To The Designed Part. The Planned Expansion And Reconstruction Will Not Change The Use Of The Building In Question. As Before, The Statutory Activities Of The Volunteer Fire Department Will Continue To Be Carried Out In The Building. Part Of The Building Is Used As Sanitary Facilities. There Is A Garage For A Fire Extinguisher In The Existing Part Of The Building, But Due To The Purchase Of A New Fire Truck With Increased Parameters, There Was A Need To Design A New Garage. Apart From The Described Use Of The Building, No Additional Functions Are Planned. In The Event Of A Change In The Use Of The Building, The Necessary Permits And Approvals Must Be Obtained. The Architectural Form Of The Building Is Simple And Consistent, Color Matched To The Existing Development And Clear Function. The Building Was Classified As A Low-Rise Building With A Gable Roof. The Ridge Of The Designed Roof Slope Is Located At Right Angles To The Existing One. Wooden Roof Structure. Roof Covering Designed With Trapezoidal Sheet Metal With A Profile Resembling The Existing Part. Brick Walls Insulated With Polystyrene. The Walls Are Finished With Acrylic Plaster. The Colors Of The Facade Are Shown In Architectural Drawings - Adapted To The Existing Part Of The Building. The Architectural Form Of The Building Adapted To The Landscape And Surrounding Buildings. The Appearance Of The Building Reflects The Neighboring Buildings And The Forms Preferred In Foothill Areas. The Adopted Design Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Local Development Plan Of The Uście Gorlickie Commune. Wooden Roof To Be Made Of Pine Or Fir Wood Class C24 With A Moisture Content Of Up To 15%. Cross-Sections Of The Roof Truss Elements Should Be Made In Accordance With The Construction Drawing. The Rafters Are Attached To The Wall Plate Anchored In The Reinforced Concrete Tie Beam. Protect Wooden Elements With A Fire Retardant And Fungicide. Roof Covering Made Of Metal Tiles Placed On Battens Spaced According To The Manufacturers Instructions. Pvc Window Joinery, Doors To The Attic With Fire Resistance Ei30, Automatically Controlled Steel Sectional Gate. Finish The Walls And Floors In Accordance With The Descriptions On The Floor Plan. Around The Building, A 60 Cm Wide Fender Plate Made Of Paving Stones, Th. 6 Cm With A Slope From The Building On A Bedding Made Of Mechanically Compacted Coarse Sand And Gravel Or Mechanically Compacted Crushed Aggregate. In Order To Enable Access To The Building For Disabled People, A Disabled Driveway Must Be Constructed From Paving Stones On A Bedding Of Coarse-Grained Mechanically Compacted Sand And A Gravel Base Or Mechanically Compacted Crushed Aggregate2.
