The Subject Of This Order Is To Provide The Following Services: Organizing A Methodological Conference; Providing An Organizational Supervisor And Moderator; Organizing And Handling The Conference Reception, As Well As Registering Participants; Providing Specialists Giving Lectures And Conducting Tutorials For Participants; Providing Conference Materials; Providing Conference Participation Certificates For All Participants; Providing The Ordering Party With Attendance Lists Of Participants Confirming Participation In The Conference And Receipt Lists Of Conference Materials, Confirmed With A Handwritten Signature; Preparing And Submitting To The Ordering Party A Report On The Implementation Of The Conference; Providing All Necessary Documents Regarding The Implementation Of The Activity Specified And Required By The Ordering Party; Providing Catering Services During The Conference; Providing A Conference Room And Teaching Rooms For Conference Proceedings.2) Deadline For The Conference: October 17, 2023.3) Place Of Service: Within A Radius Of 2 Km From The Old Town Square In Toruń (On Foot), Provided That The Destination Can Be Reached By Public Transport From The Toruń Główny Railway Station Or From The Pks Bus Station In No More Than 20 Minutes. 4) Number Of Conference Participants: Maximum 100 People. 5) The Services Will Be Provided In A Stationary Version In Direct Contact With The Specialist Providing The Services And The Project Participants.
