Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Materials For The Construction Of A Water Supply Network And Sanitary Sewage System As Part Of A Local Initiative In The Town Of Dolaszewo

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Construction Materials In Accordance With The List Of Materials For The Construction Of The Water Supply Network, Attached As Appendix 2 To This Subject Of The Contract.2. The Place Of Delivery Of Materials Will Be The Square Opposite The Szyd owo Commune Office In Jaraczewo In The Szyd owo Commune. The Materials Will Be Delivered Once By The Contractor. The Delivery Of Materials Will Be Carried Out After A Prior Telephone Or Written Order Placed By The Ordering Party, Specifying The Delivery Date.3. The Contractor Declares That The Delivered Materials Being The Subject Of The Contract Will Meet All The Requirements Contained In The Applicable Quality Standards And Guidelines Of The Ordering Party For Individual Items In The Assortment.4. The Contractor Shall Attach To The Delivery A Document Confirming That The Construction Product Complies With Applicable Regulations And Can Be Put Into Use (Technical Approval, Declaration Of Conformity, Hygienic Certificate).5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach A Wz Form Confirming The Transferred Quantity To The Material. Assortment Of Materials And A Declaration Of Compliance With The Polish Standard, Hygienic Certificate Or Technical Approval (Or Send In Electronic Form To The E-Mail Address: Suwa@Szydlowo.Pl).6. The Ordering Party Reserves That In The Event Of Non-Compliance With The Order Placed (Both In Relation To The Quantity, Quality And Assortment) It May Refuse To Accept The Delivered Material Or Return It To The Contractor At Its Own Expense Within 7 Days From The Delivery Of The Material In Accordance With The Signed Document Wz.7 . A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Scope Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex 2 To The Specification Of The Contract Conditions, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz (Calculation Form). Other Terms And Conditions Regarding The Performance Of The Contract Are Set Out In Annex 3 To The Tor (Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract).8. The Reason For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts Is The Need To Accumulate Deliveries Of All Ordered Products By One Contractor, Which Will Eliminate The Difficulties Associated With Multiple Deliveries From Many Contractors (The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Performing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper, Timely Performance Of The Contract). It Is Also Important That The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract By One Contractor, If Only Because Of The Large Quantities Of Ordered Products, And Thus At Lower Prices, Results In A Lower Cost Of Performing The Subject Of The Contract. Failure To Divide The Contract Into Lots, Due To Its Small Scope And Size, Will Not Hamper Competition.
