The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Implementation Of The Order Consisting In Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture And Other Equipment As Part Of The Project Together We Create The City - Strengthening Cultural Activities By Creating A Meeting Place For The Local Community In The Branch Of The City Library In Łódź At Ul. Zachodnia 76, Co-Financed By The European Union. The Order Execution Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New Office Furniture And Other Equipment Along With Assembly In The Facility Located At Zachodnia 76 In Łódź. The Opened Branch Of The Library Will Be Profiled In Terms Of Publications On The Architecture And History Of Łódź. An Archive Will Be Created Collecting Oral Histories And Materials About The Lives Of Residents. The Building Will Serve As A Meeting Place Where Educational Activities And Discussions About The Citys Past And Future Will Be Held. It Will Be A Place Where You Will Be Able To Get Acquainted With The Citys Development Plans And Propose Your Own Solutions. 2. General Requirements: General Requirements Apply To All Elements Of The Order Unless Otherwise Specified In The Description Of The Interior Design. 1. The Contractor Will Provide: A) Furniture And Other Equipment That Is Brand New And Of Full Value, Free From Any Signs Of Use Or Damage, B) The Offered Furniture And Other Equipment Must Be Suitable For Use In Accordance With Their Function And Purpose Immediately After They Are Placed Or Installed In The Designated Room.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Interior Design Are Presented In The Following Appendices To The Opz: - Annex No. 1 To The Opz - General Requirements And Detailed Description Of Equipment Elements - Annex No. 2 To The Opz - Interior Design Design Documentation - Annex No. 3 To The Opz - List Of Equipment Covered Order.3. In Appendix No. 1 To The Opz, Photos Of Sample Models Are Shown For Most Of The Furniture, Which Were Selected As Reference Models Among Those Generally Available On The Market To Familiarize Contractors With The Expectations Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor May Propose Other Own Solutions, While Maintaining Technical, Quality And Color Parameters.4. In Order To Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Should Submit, Along With The Offer, Catalog Cards With The Manufacturers Symbol For The Type Of Model/Furniture Or Furniture Collection Indicated In The Price Form, Containing At Least A Photo Of The Offered Model, Its Dimensions, And A Description Of The Materials From Which Is Made And, In The Case Of Other Equipment, Technical Data Sheets Of The Offered Equipment. A Catalog Card Is Understood To Mean Both Ready-Made Materials From Manufacturers And The Photographic, Descriptive And Technical Material Prepared By The Contractor For The Purposes Of This Offer, Containing The Required Information, Including Upholstery Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described, If It Concerns Upholstered Furniture. Catalog Cards Are Not Required For Custom-Made Products According To: Individual Furniture Design. Technical Sheets Of The Equipment Or Devices Indicated In The Price Form Should Contain Information On Important Technical Parameters Listed In The Swz Together With Confirmation Of Having A Ce Certificate. 5. Due To The Nature Of The Building After Revitalization, Its Specific Purpose, Layout Of Rooms And Assigned Functionalities - The Description And Guidelines Contained Therein Should Be Strictly Adhered To: A) If Specific Quality And Technical Parameters Are Provided - The Equipment Offered By The Contractor Must Meet Or Exceed Them ;B) Dimensions May Differ From Those Given - The Descriptions Provide Specific Dimensional Tolerance Ranges For A Given Piece Of Furniture, Adapted To The Design And Specificity Of The Rooms, Which Must Not Be Exceeded. The Ordering Party Allows A Tolerance Of The Given Dimensions Of The Equipment, But Not More Than +-5%, And Changes In Dimensions Cannot Disturb, For Example, The Continuity Of Furniture Or Equipment, Or Even The Possibility Of Using The Equipment In A Given Room. C) In The Case Of Devices For Which The Power Is Specified In Kw, The Ordering Party Allows A Tolerance Of +-10% Of The Designed Power D) The Given Colors Must Be Maintained - The Description Contains References To Materials And Upholstery Generally Available On The Market Or Refers To Color Palettes. E) In The Case Of Equipment Elements Marked As An Individual Design (Shelves, Reception Counter, Kitchenettes And Other Built-Ins) - The Furniture Must Be Made Exactly In Accordance With The Description And Detailed Design As Well As Measurements Taken From Nature.6. Before Commencing Work, The Contractor Should Submit A Color Sample (Colors Of Paints, Veneers, Wood-Like Veneers And Fabrics) Comprehensively Presenting The Proposed Color Solutions For The Color Groups Indicated In The Table In Order To Select And Approve The Final Color Scheme By The Ordering Party Before Moving The Furniture To Production, And Submit Samples Of Materials Construction And Furniture Boards In Accordance With § 2 Section 3 Of The Agreement.7. Before Carrying Out The Development, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Existing Condition. The Contractor Should Provide For All Additional Structural Elements And Accessories Whose Use Results From The Contractors Individual Technology And Is Necessary To Ensure Safe And Ergonomic Use Of A Given Furniture Element. Before Starting The Implementation Stage, It Is Essential To Take The Dimensions From Nature.8. The Contractor May Propose An Equivalent Solution At The Stage Of Contract Implementation, Providing Solutions With The Same Parameters Or With Superior Parameters. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Following Solutions As Equivalent: A) The Use Of Foil And Varnishing Boards On Countertops, Bodies And Furniture Fronts, Excluding Factory-Varnished Boards, B) Protecting The Edges Of Laminated Boards With Varnishing Or Paper Tape And Fixing The Edges With Hot Melt Glue, As Well As Using Edges Protruding Beyond The Edge Of The Board.9. The Basis For Accepting The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Will Be: A) Enabling Verification Of The Supplied Equipment In Terms Of Quality, Color And Form, Compliance With The Manufacturers Certificates, Quality Of Workmanship, Including Assembly, B) Providing Approvals And Certificates And Other Required Documents, Including A Declaration Of Compliance With All Elements Of Equipment For Public Places With Flame Retardancy Requirements.10. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract. 11. If The Opz Contains References To Standards Or Norms, The Ordering Party Allows Standards Or Equivalent Norms That Maintain The Same Requirements At Least To The Extent That The Ordering Party Refers To The Indicated Standard Or Norm. 12. List Of Appropriates, Quality Certificates (Certificates) And Other Documents Confirming The Quality Of The Equipmenta) All Copies Of Certificates And Approvals Required In Annex No. 1 To The Opz, Current And Signed To Be True Copies Of The Original, Are Obliged To Submit, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Within 14 Days From Date Of Signing The Contract.B) Manufacturers Declarations Are Not Allowed.C) The Offered Furniture And Other Equipment Must Be Made Of Materials Approved For Trading And Use, For Which An Attestation Has Been Issued Or A Certificate Has A Safety Mark Or A Certificate Of Conformity Or A Declaration Of Compliance With An Appropriate Standard Or Approval. Technical Specifications.D) The Materials From Which The Offered Furniture And Other Equipment Are Made Should Have A Hygienic Certificate Confirming Hygiene Class E1.E) It Is Required That All Upholstery Used In The Offer Must Have A Flame-Retardant Certificate - In Accordance With The Standard According To Pn-En 1021- 1 And En 1021-2. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
