Request For Proposals Are Invited For Safety And Security Services (Guard X1) Seed Foundation (Seed) Is Seeking Proposals For Safety And Security Services (Guard) To Oversee Security At The Seed Center In Erbil, Welcoming Beneficiaries/Visitors To The Office. Payment Terms: - Payment Will Be Made After Receiving, Inspecting, And Accepting Requested Service. - Payments Will Be Made Through Bank Transfer In Seed Policy. - Payment Will Be Made Within (10) Working Days After Submitting The Invoice. Responsibilities/Tasks Of The Guard Provide A Safe And Welcoming Environment For The Erbil Seed Center. Follow Child Protection Standards And SeedS Safety Policies. Respect Confidentiality. Working Five Days A Week (Sunday To Thursday) And 8 Hours A Day Including Extra Times And Days If Requested By Seed. Participate In All Training Which Is Instructed By The Supervisor. Immediately Report Any Security Issues/Concerns To The Line Manager And Notify Asayish And Police As Appropriate. Ensure The Office Security When On Duty. Keep A Vigilant Eye On All The Visitors And Ensure The Security Of The Center And Parking Area. Performs Other Duties As Necessary, As Assigned By The Supervisor. Requirements: Serve As A Positive Role Model And Seed Ambassador At All Times. Treat All People With Respect Regardless Of Age, Gender, Religion, Nationality,Disability Status, Marital Status, And Ethnicity. Work Collaboratively With All Colleagues.
