Tenders Are Invited For Tender T23/14 Wharf Cove Jetties Upgrade Stage 2 – Design, Demolition And Construction

The Works Will Be Located Within Wharf Cove, In The Shire Of Murray, Western Australia. The Works Involve Stage 2 Of The Wharf Cove Jetties And Generally Include A Fixed Platform Landing To Provide Connection To The Existing Wall And Footpath, A Gangway, Floating Walkway And Four Finger Jetties. The Intent Of The Stage 2 Works Is To Continue And Tie Into The Recently Completed Stage 1 Works.Specifically, The Scope Of Works For Stage 2 Of The Wharf Cove Jetties Includes, But Is Not Limited To, The Following:? Design And Documentation Including Design Calculations, Drawings, Specifications And Reporting For The Jetties And Associated Structures.? Preparation And Implementation Of Appropriate Management And Quality Plans.? Approvals, Licences And Certification.? Demolition And Earthworks To Enable Construction Of The Works.? Supply, Installation And Certification Of Steel Piles And High Density Polyethylene Sleeves.? Static Lateral Load Tests On At Least 2 Piles.? Supply And Installation Of Piled Landing And Connection To The Existing Vertical Wall And Footpath.? Supply And Installation Of Floating Pontoons.? Supply And Installation Of Access Gangway.? Supply And Installation Of Fendering, Mooring Cleats, Safety Ladders, Solar Lighting Bollards, And Jetty Signage.? Commissioning Of All Items.? Preparation And Supply Of Operation And Maintenance Manuals, Specialist Tools And The Equipment Necessary To Maintain The Jetty.The Contract Includes All Operations, Labour, Plant, Materials, Supervision, Survey And Everything Else Required For The Completion Of The Whole Of The Works As Described In This Specification And As Shown On The Drawings Together With Any Additional Work Or Variations Ordered By The Superintendent.Expectations Are That The Jetties Will Be Ready For Use By The End To April 2024.
