Mamert Stankiewicza, Ul. 9 Maja 4, 74-100 Gryfino, Consisting In Particular Of: 1) Demolition Of The Retaining Wall Located Along The District Road At Ul. 9 Maja In Gryfino;2) Demolition Of The Existing Garage Building;3) Securing The Slope After Demolition;4) Construction Of A New Fence Along The District Road At Ul. 9 Maja In Gryfino And A New Fence On The Premises Of Primary School No. 2 In Gryfino;5) Developing An As-Built Surveying Report With A Map;6) Providing The Necessary Documentation To The Ordering Party To Notify The Competent Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction, Including Obtaining No Objection By Way Of A Decision Within The Deadline Indicated In The Agreement, Which Should Be Understood As The Expiry Of The Deadline For Raising An Objection Or Obtaining A Certificate Of No Grounds For Raising An Objection.2.
