The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Employer In The Tor, Construction Design And Technical Specification, As Well As With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, Applicable Regulations And Polish Standards, On The Terms Indicated In The Offer Submitted By The Contractor, Which Will Constitute An Appendix To The Contract.
