The Subject Of The Order Is The Demolition Of The Following Buildings: 1) Warehouse, Inventory No. 7/181*D,2) Liquid Manure Tank, Inventory No. 17/223.3) Liquid Manure Tank, Inventory No. 18/223.4) Liquid Manure Tank, Inventory No. 19/223.5) Liquid Manure, Inventory No. 25/223*B,6) Electric Network, Inventory No. 22/261*B,7) Electric Network, Inventory No. 23/261*B,8) Water And Sewage Installation, Inventory No. 26/235.9) Low-Voltage And Lighting Line, Inventory No. 27/261, Located On Plot No. 1/8, Dąbrówka District, Borzytuchom Commune, Bytów Poviat, Pomeranian Voivodeship.2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In The Technical Description Of The Demolition, The Bill Of Quantities, The Valuation Of Recycled Materials, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Certificate Of No Grounds For Raising An Objection By The Staroste Of Bytów And The Decision Of The Pomeranian Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments.3. Demolition Should Be Carried Out Together With Foundations And Other Elements That Are Components Of The Facility, Clearing The Area Of ​​Debris And Demolition Residues And Removing Them In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Regulations, In Particular With Waste Regulations.4. After Demolition, The Area Should Be Leveled To The Level Of The Surrounding Terrain. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Construction Works That Are Not Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Are Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.6. The Contractor Will Secure The Existing Stable And Cowshed Buildings (The Buildings Are In The Register Of Monuments Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship) Adjacent To The Ruins Of The Building Marked On The Site Plan. 7. The Contractor Undertakes To Liquidate The Water And Sewage System In Accordance With The Decision Of The Pomeranian Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments Of June 1, 2023 (Letter Reference: Znd.5181.6-2.2023.Kb).8. The Contractor Shall Remove All Items Stored On The Premises Of The Facility To Be Dismantled And Access Roads, Including Garbage, Grass, Bushes And Others, And Remove Them In Accordance With The Applicable Law, In Particular With The Provisions On Waste.9. Preparation And Delivery To The Employer Of As-Built Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation In Order To Introduce The Existing Changes To The Register Of Land And Buildings In The Poviat Starosty.10. Provisions Important For The Parties, Which Will Be Introduced To The Content Of The Concluded Public Procurement Contract, Have Been Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Appendix No. 8 To Swz.11.
