The Subject Of The Contract Is: Development Of Documentation For The Task: Szyb Franciszek - Space For Social Integration - Adaptation Of The Building Of The Former Boiler House, Shaft Top, Hoisting Tower And Engine Room, And Maintenance Of The Chimney Of The Franciszek Shaft Complex. The Investment Will Include A Boiler Room Building, A Shaft Head With The Franciszek Hoisting Tower, A Chimney And A Machine Room. The Complex Consists Of Post-Industrial Buildings Belonging Originally To The Wawel (Brandenbug) Hard Coal Mine. The Scope Of The Planned Project Includes: 1) Preparation Of Maps For Design Purposes 2) Preparation Of Soil Tests3) Preparation Of An Inventory Of Buildings And The Area Covered By The Contract, Together With Technical Expertise Of The State Of Preservation And Acceptance Of Works8) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Investment Cost Estimates9) Preparation Of Other Designs And Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Designed Investment10) Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Decisions Of The Competent Authorities Allowing For The Implementation Of The Designed Construction Works, Including: A) Conservation Permit For Carrying Out Construction Works On A Building Facility Entered In The Register Of Monuments Or In The Area Entered In The Register Of Monuments, B) Building Permits, C) Other Legally Required Decisions And Arrangements Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project, The Subject Of The Contract.
