5.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Execution Of Investors Supervision Over Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Implementation Of Necessary Architectural Changes For The Purposes Of Architectural Accessibility, Renovation And Modernization Of The Building Of The City Hall. Cpv: 71520000-9 Under The Contract, The Supervision Inspector Will Coordinate, Supervise, Control And Settle The Implementation Of Tasks In The Scope Of Construction Works Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Including: A) Construction Of An External Lift For The Disabled, B) Reconstruction Of Parts Of The Existing Internal Walls Colliding With Communication Service To The Elevator, C) Reconstruction Of The Existing Sanitary Facilities, Including Their Adaptation For Use By People With Disabilities, D) Execution Of A Call System In Disabled Toilets, E) Execution Of Electrical And Lighting Installations, F) Adaptation Of The Building To Fire Protection Requirements (Separation Of Fire Protection, Installation Of Fire Protection Woodwork, Execution Of A Smoke Vent, Installation Of Fire Detectors, Hydrant Installation), G) Typhlographic Marking In The Building, H) Finishing Works. 2) The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Employers Requirements, Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, Applicable Regulations And Polish Standards.
