1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Collection, Loading, Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos-Containing Waste. The Task Does Not Include The Dismantling Of Asbestos-Containing Waste. Asbestos-Containing Waste With The Code 17 06 05* - Construction Materials Containing Asbestos, Resulting From The Replacement Or Liquidation Of Roofing Or Other Construction Elements From Residential And Utility Buildings, Owned By Natural Persons From The Tykocin Commune. Asbestos Was Deposited In The Places Indicated By The Employer At The Properties Located In The Tykocin Commune In The Amount Of Approximately 363.86 (Mg), Assuming That One Cement-Asbestos Corrugated Board Weighs 15 Kg: 1) The Amount Of Waste Is An Estimate And May Change Due To The Number Of Notifications From Residents Declaring That The Asbestos-Cement Boards Placed On Heaps / Stacks Were Placed In Relation To The Actual Measurements Made During The Execution Of The Contract On Individual Properties; Not More Than 363.86 Mg;3) The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract In Connection With The Planned Co-Financing Of The Task, Due To The Fact That The Basis For The Actual Settlement Will Be Waste Collection Reports Signed By The Contractor And The Owner Of The Property From Which The Waste Is Removed, And Cards For Transferring Waste To A Landfill;4) In The Event Of Differences Between The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos-Containing Products To Be Removed And The Documented Amount Of Actually Removed Asbestos-Containing Products, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Employer. The Actual Value Of The Contract Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Acceptance Protocols Of The Products; 5) Prior To The Commencement Of Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop, On The Basis Of The Received From The Employer, A List Of Properties From Which Asbestos Should Be Removed, A Schedule Of Works In Agreement With The Employer; 6) The Contractor Of Works Related To The Removal Of Asbestos Products Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Legal Acts Referred To Below And Must Have An Entry In The Register Of The Database On Products And Packaging And On Waste Management (Bdo), Entitling To Conduct Business In This Area, In Accordance With Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587); A Total Of 89 Properties From The Tykocin Commune.
