The Modernization Concerns: - Industrial Vacuum Cleaning Of 3 (Three) Biological Reactors, - Replacement Of All Diffuser Membranes Of Biological Reactors With Brand New Ones With Increased Sotw.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Order Documentation, Applicable Regulations And Standards, Construction Practice, Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Ensuring Safe And Hygienic Working Conditions, Including For The Users Of The Facility.5. All Materials Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Must Be Made In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Applicable Standards Applicable To Sewage Treatment Plants. The Contractor Will Provide Approvals, Certificates And Certificates For Materials Before Installation. The Materials Must Be Approved For Use In Construction And Meet Polish Standards.6. If Manufacturers Names, Patents, Brands, Trademarks, Or Technical Approvals, Standards, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Appear In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That The Technical, Quality And Operational Parameters Are Not Worse Than Indicated In The Documentation And Not Leading To A Change In Technology. The Contractor Who Applies Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party In The Swz During The Performance Of The Order Will Be Obliged To Agree On The Changes In Writing With The Ordering Party In Advance And Demonstrate That The Materials, Devices, Equipment Or Furnishings Used By Him As Part Of The Execution Of The Contract Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Swz. Possible Equivalence Must Be Demonstrated Mainly Where The Ordering Party Has Established A Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Using Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products. However, If The Ordering Party Has Allowed Equivalent Solutions Described In The Documentation, But Has Not Provided The Minimum Parameters That Would Confirm This Equivalence, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Offer A Product With At Least The Same Properties, Functionally Suitable For The Required Application (Confirming Compliance Of Technical, Quality And Functional Features With Technical, Qualitative And Functional Features Indicated In The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure Appropriate Equipment And Materials To Perform The Subject Of The Order On His Own And At His Own Expense.10. Contractors Submitting Offers Are Obliged To Familiarize Themselves With The Relevant Provisions Of Law, Acts And Regulations In Force In Poland, Which May In Any Way Influence Or Refer To Activities Undertaken In Connection With The Tender And Following The Signing Of The Contract. 11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And The Offer.12. Additionally, The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting An Annex To Swz.13. The Required Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 60 Months, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order.14.
