The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Implementation And Maintenance Of A Modern It System (Software) For Interacting With The User Based On Conversational Bots (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The System), Enabling, Among Others, Supporting Candidates, Conducting Interviews, Generating Analyses, Reports, Alerts, Etc., In Order To Raise The Standards Of Service For Candidates For Studies At The Warsaw University Of Life Sciences In The Area Of Recruitment. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Delivery And Implementation Of The System Based On The Requirements Contained In Opz. B) Integration Of The System With The Systems Used By The Ordering Party. C) Test Launch Of The System, Conducting And Supervising The Testing Process By Users And, Based On The Test Results, Correcting Errors In The Production Version. D) Conducting Training For Administrators And Users Selected By The Ordering Party On The Operation And Maintenance Of The System In Individual Modules. Post-Implementation As Well As Training Documentation And Self-Education Materials.G) Provision Of Technical Assistance Services.3.
