Bids Are Invited For Service Of Tent Awnings And Others 2023-2024.

The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire A Natural Or Legal Person To Provide The Tent, Awning And Other Services Provided By The Vitacura Cultural Corporation, Which Can Have An Attendance Of Approximately 500 To 1,000 People. These Events Are Held Mainly At Vitamayor Bicentenario Headquarters, Vitaclub Headquarters, And In Other Places Where Requested By The Cultural Corporation, In Accordance With The Requirements And Demands Described In These Bae, Bt And Other Documents Of The Bidding Process. The Vitacura Cultural Corporation Reserves The Right To Suspend Or Change The Date Of One Or More Events, Due To Weather Conditions, Unforeseen Events Or Force Majeure, Which Will Be Communicated To The Supplier Via Email At Least 48 Hours In Advance Of The Date. Of The Event By The Technical Inspector Of The Contract, With A Copy To The Technical Counterpart Of The Contract, To The Technical Inspector Of The Service. Each Vita Cultural Program Or Directorate Will Have A Person In Charge, Its Technical Service Inspector, Who Will Communicate Directly With The Technical Counterpart Contractor Of The Contract. The Vitacura Cultural Corporation Has 8 Programs, Which Are In Charge Of An Administrator, Who Will Be The Ito Of The Contract, Or Whoever Is Designated For These Purposes. The Programs Are: Musical Activities, Library, Lo Matta Cultural, Vitaclub, Vitajoven, Vitamayor, Vitaniños And Vitavecino, Each Of Which Will Designate An Its By Each Director.
