This Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts Because It Is A Single Order And Closely Related Functionally. It Is A Contract Whose Failure To Divide Into Lots Does Not Hinder Access To The Contract For Enterprises From The Sector Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises (Smes). Small Contractors, Even Those Operating On The Local Market, Will Certainly Have Access To This Order. Fragmentation Of Such An Order Into Smaller Parts Would Be Pointless And Could Even Cause Unfavorable Consequences For The Ordering Party In The Form Of, For Example, Increasing The Prices Offered Or The Impossibility Of Settling The Procedure Due To The Lack Of Offers. The Specificity Of This Order, Consisting In The Preparation Of Design Documentation Within One Facility, I.E. Ul. Henrykowska Makes It Difficult To Divide This Order Into Parts. The Nature Of The Works And The Technological Connection Of The Works Performed Make It Impossible To Carry Out The Project In Division Into Parts. Dividing The Works Into Parts Would Entail Significant Problems During The Implementation Of Design And Construction Works, Related To The Documentation Arrangements And Later With The Organization Of Works And Construction Site Facilities. During Design, The Activities Of Designers For Individual Industries Should Be Coordinated. In The Opinion Of The Employer, In This Particular Case, The Performance Of Individual Parts Of The Contract By Different Contractors Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Task. Dividing This Order Into Parts Would Entail Significant Technical Difficulties On The Part Of The Ordering Party Related To The Coordination Of The Results Of The Work Of Individual Contractors And Would Be Contrary To The Needs Of The Ordering Party Itself. Taking Into Account The Above Circumstances, The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts.
