The Contract That Is Intended To Be Processed Is Included In Article 17 Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts (Lcsp Hereinafter), As A Service Contract, Its Purpose Being To Guarantee The Transfer Of Corpses, For The Practice Of Autopsies, Necropsies And Forensic Investigation Tests, Agreed Ex Officio By The Judicial Authority, From The Place Of Removal Or Exhumation Of The Body To The Central Or Regional Headquarters Of The Institute Of Legal Medicine And Forensic Sciences (Hereinafter I.M.L.C.F), Mortuaries Or Agreed Health Centers In Which The Pathological Practices Are Carried Out, And, Where Appropriate, The Return Of The Same To The Municipality Where It Was Collected, Within The Territorial Scope Of The Province Of Seville.
