The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Provision Of Preventive Maintenance And Operation Services For The Mechanical, Hvac, Sanitary, Electrical, Beaconing, Low Current And Security Installations, Elevators And Escalators Within The Bra ov Ghimbav International Airport, As They Are Defined Within Award Documentation. Considering The Characteristics, Conditions And General Requirements For Ensuring The Performance Of The Activity At The Airport, Both Operational And Administrative, In Safe And Secure Conditions, Provided For In The Framework Of The Applicable National And International Aeronautical Regulations, The Operation Of All Installations And Mechanical Systems Is Necessary, Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, Lighting, Low Current And Security, Elevators And Escalators In Optimal Parameters. For Their Operation In Optimal Parameters, It Is Necessary To Carry Out Maintenance In Accordance With The Provisions Of Applicable Civil Aviation Procedures And Instructions, Manuals/Technical Sheets And Manufacturers Recommendations, Both For Preventive Maintenance And For Operation. The Provider Undertakes To Respond To Any Rules, Regulations, Directives And Instructions Adopted During The Contract Period By The Purchaser, At The Branch Level Or At The National Level, Relevant For The Activity Of Preventive Maintenance And Exploitation For This Type Of Objective. The Description Of The Services Is Available In The Specifications Section Of The Award Documentation. *Note: The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers/Candidates Is: 19 Days. The Contracting Entity Will Respond Clearly, Completely And Unambiguously To All Requests For Clarifications By Publishing The Consolidated Response In The List Of Clarifications, Notifications And Decisions Section Related To The Call For Tenders, 11 Days Before The Deadline Set In The Simplified Call For Tenders For Submission Offers, Established In Section Iv.2.2. Deadline For Receiving Offers Or Requests To Participate Of The Notice Of Participation, Provided That The Request For Clarifications Is Submitted In A Timely Manner.
