In Application Of Article L. 212214 Of The General Code Of Property Of Public Persons, The Société Portuaire Brest Bretagne, Concessionaire Of The Port Of Brest, Is Launching A Call For Expressions Of Competitive Interest For Land With An Area Of Approximately 11,000 Square Meters, On Which There Are Temporary Storage, Transit And Treatment Facilities For Hazardous Waste (Hydrocarbons). The Brest Bretagne Port Company Plans To Grant An Authorization Agreement For Temporary Occupation Of The Public Maritime Domain, Constituting Real Rights, For A Minimum Duration Of Nine (9) Years, To Be Adapted According To The Amount Of Investments
