General Procurement Notice For Capacity Building For Technical Vocational Education And Training (Tvet) And Entrepreneurship. The Principal Objectives Of This Project Are To : (A) Strengthen Capacity Of Trainers And Education Leaders For Effective Implementation Of Tvet, Science, Technology, Engineering, And Mathematics (Stem) And Entrepreneurship In Seychelles. (B) Support Effective Implementation And Monitoring Of The National Tvet Policy And Strategy Which Is Under Draft. (C) Improve The Quality Of Teaching In Order To Increase The Employability Of Youth. 3. The Project Includes The Following Components : (I) Component One: Training Needs Analysis: Analysis Of The Training Needs Of The Stem, Entrepreneurship And Financial Education Teachers, Trainers And Leaders. The Analysis Will Include Aspects Of Climate Change And Gender. It Will Also Involve The Private Sector To Ensure The Needs Of The Labour Market Are Included To Inform Development Of The Training Plan And Programs. (Ii) Component Two: Development Of Training Plan And Programs: Development Of A Training Plan And Training Programs For The Stem, Entrepreneurship And Financial Education For Teachers, Trainers And Leaders. The Component Will Also Involve A Sensitization Workshop For Teachers, Training And Leaders On The Tvet Policy, Competency-Based Education And Training And Pedagogical Skills. (Iii) Component Three: Project Management And Monitoring: Day To Day Management Of The Project Activities, Conducting Procurement Processes, Requesting Disbursement From The Bank, Accounting For The Funds Received, Production And Timely Submission Of Implementation And Financial Reports; And Organize The Financial Audit At The End Of The Project.
