The Order Covers The Execution Of A Comprehensive Renovation Of The First Floor Of The Building At 32-35 Piwna Street In Gdańsk, Plot No. 438, Rev. Nr 89. The Scope Of Works Includes Construction And Installation Works. It Is Planned To Replace The Floors, Tiles In The Bathrooms, Internal Woodwork, Internal Window Sills, Puttying And Painting The Walls And Ceilings. The Order Also Includes The Replacement Of Water And Sewage, Hot Water And Hydrant Installations With Fittings, Replacement Of The Electrical Installation With Accessories. Consideration Should Be Given To The Installation Of Air Conditioning And Mechanical Ventilation In Selected Rooms. In Addition, Works Related To The Teletechnical Installation Are Planned, Mainly In The Field Of Replacement Of The Existing Equipment And Construction Of A New Telecommunication Power Plant, Replacement Of Teletransmission Devices And Batteries. The Order Also Includes The Technical Design Of The Electrical Installation Of The First Floor. Building Data: Building Area - 345.50 M2; Usable Area - 970.35 M2; Total Area - 1474.00 M2; Cubage - 5997.00 M3. The Payment Date Of The Final Invoice, Counted From The Date Of Delivery To The Seat Of The Ordering Party, Of The Properly Prepared Above-Mentioned Invoice, Based On The Protocol Of Final Acceptance Of Works (In All Industries) Approved By An Authorized Person Representing The Ordering Party, I.E. 30 Days After The Faultless Final Acceptance Of The Works. Window And Door Joinery Requires Renovation (Numerous Distortions And Defects). There Are Traces Of Numerous Flooding Of The Ceilings And Walls Of The Rooms, Paint And Plaster Falling Off, Cracks In The Walls. Terrazzo Finish Of Stairs And Floor Coverings Made Of Terrazzo And Plastics Are In Poor Technical Condition (Cracks And Cavities). Installation The Condition Of The Sanitary Facilities Is Insufficient - Risers And Pipe Connections For Cold, Hot And Sanitary Sewage Should Be Replaced With New Ones Along With White Assembly And Fittings. Hot Water Is Prepared In Electric Storage Heaters Located In The Basement And On The Ground Floor. The Gas Installation Is Deactivated. The Central Heating Installation Is Powered By The Municipal Heating Network, The Existing Radiators Are Steel Ribbed Radiators. There Are No Thermostatic And Vent Valves. There Are Four Bathrooms On The First Floor. The Electrical Installation Does Not Meet The Current Requirements Of Standards And Regulations. It Is Still Made In The Tn-C Network System. Some Of The Wires Are Aluminum. The Fire Protection Switch Does Not Meet Current Regulations. The Existing Lamps Do Not Provide Adequate Lighting Intensity. There Is No Emergency Lighting. Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Electrical Industry Project In Accordance With The Attached Guidelines. Functions Of The Rooms. Industry Qualifications, Licenses And System Qualifications - Electrical, Sanitary, General Construction Industry Machines Assembled/Installed As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Covered By These Proceedings Throughout The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor B) As-Built Documentation And Acceptance Documents Should Be Provided To The Employer In Paper Version In 2 Copies And In Electronic Version (Scans In Paper Version - 1 Copy And In An Editable Version (*Dwg Of Acad Version 2012)) As Of The Date Of Notification Of Readiness For Acceptance. C) Persons Performing Specific Works Should Have All The Relevant Requirements Required By Applicable Legal Regulations, I.E., Among Others: Standards, Regulations, Etc. Industry Qualification Rights: § 15 Section 1,2 Of The Contract. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In A Closed Facility. Settlement For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Is A Lump Sum Remuneration. That May Occur In Connection With Specific Random Events And From Civil Liability For The Entire Duration Of The Works. Damage (Risk) Insurance Should Cover An Insured Amount Not Lower Than The Gross Offer Price. The Contractor Will Provide A Photocopy Of The Insurance Policy To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract. The Insurance Should Also Cover Civil Liability For Damage Caused By Subcontractors.
