The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 85,000 Dosimetric Films For The Detection Of Photon Radiation And The Chemical Reagents Necessary For Their Development, I.E. 110 Liters Of Developer And 80 Liters Of Fixative. Order Details: 1. Dosimetric Films Must Have External Dimensions (Including Packaging) Of 33 Mm X 44 Mm, I.E. Such That They Can Be Placed In Dosimetric Cassettes Used At The Institute Of Occupational Medicine In d .2. Dosimetric Films Must Meet The Requirements Of Pn-Iso 1757:2001 Or Equivalent, In Accordance With Art. 101 Sec. 4 Of The Pzp.2.1 Act In Accordance With Art. 101 Sec. 5 And Art. 105 Sec. 4, The Contractor Proposing An Equivalent Solution Should Submit The Relevant Evidence Together With The Offer, Indicating That The Proposed Solution Meets The Above-Mentioned Requirements To An Equivalent Extent. Standards.3. The Supplied Chemical Reagents Must Enable Non-Automatic Development Of Dosimetric Films.4. The Light-Tight Cover Of The Dosimetric Film Must Have A Code Consisting Of 8 Digits Forming Non-Repeating Consecutive Numbers. This Code Must Also Be Visible On Both Detector Membranes (Low And High Sensitivity) After They Have Been Developed. The Number On The Film Dosimeter Must Be Placed In Such A Place That The Dose Can Be Read, I.E. Not Obstruct The Working Areas Of The Detector. The Dosimetric Film Cover Must Be Made Of Such A Material And In Such A Way That The Dosimetric Film Can Be Easily Unpacked Manually Under The Working Conditions Of A Photographic Darkroom, I.E. Primarily Without The Use Of Additional Mechanical Devices (E.G. Scissors, Etc.)5. The Delivery Of Dosimetric Films And Chemical Reagents Will Take Place In Two Parts: 5.1 The First Delivery Including 45,000 Pcs Of Dosimetric Films And 55 L Of Developer And 40 L Of Fixer - Up To Two Months From Signing The Contract, 5.2 The Second Delivery Including 40,000 Pcs Of Dosimetric Films And 55 L Developer And 40 L Fixer - Up To Three Months From Signing The Contract.6. The Delivery Of Dosimetric Films And Chemical Reagents Will Be At The Expense And Responsibility Of The Contractor From The Ordering Partys Headquarters.7. The Shelf Life (Guarantee) Of Dosimetry Films Should Be At Least 4 Years From The Date Of Delivery.8. The Expiration Date Of Factory-Packaged Chemical Reagents Should Be At Least 2 Years From The Date Of Delivery.9. If Any Defects Are Found In The Subject Of The Order During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Defective Goods Free Of Charge With Defect-Free Ones Within 14 Days Of Receiving The Complaint.10. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request From The Bidders A Free Delivery Of 150 Pieces Of Dosimetric Films And The Necessary Materials And Chemical Reagents For Their Processing In Order To Perform A Technical Assessment Of The Offered Dosimetric Films.
