1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Ordering Party Of A Shredder For Logging Residues.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, And Have All The Permits For Use Required By Law.3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order And The Price Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party On The Ordering Partys Premises And To Train Staff (At Least 4 Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party) In The Operation And Operation Of The Subject Of The Order. Each Person Will Be Trained Theoretically And Practically For A Minimum Of 10 Hours.4.
