The Subject Of The Contract Is: Delivery Of Materials For Mining Excavations For The Coal Mining Museum In Zabrze, Task No. 1 Help Products. I. Legal Requirements And Required Technical And Operational Parameters. 1. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects 2. Marking Of The Product With The Manufacturers Mark Should Be Permanent And Legible. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order In The Assortment Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Presented Above, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Together With All The Documents Specified In The Swz And The Contract, As Well As Documents Required By Law. And Risk.3. The Contractor Shall Provide The Ordering Party With A Brand New, Unused Subject Of The Order, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 4. The Contractor Is To Provide All The Necessary Documents And Certificates Allowing The Materials To Be Used In Mining.5.
