The Client Must Enter Into A Framework Agreement For Two Years, With The Possibility Of An Extension Of 1 + 1 Year For Fredrikstad Municipality And Hvaler Municipality. Fredrikstad Municipality Must Carry Out Part Of The Inspections On Its Own, But Must Enter Into An Agreement With A Supplier To Carry Out The Largest Proportion Of The Inspections. Hvaler Municipality Must Purchase The Service In Its Entirety From The Chosen Supplier. The Stipulated Purchase Volume For Fredrikstad Municipality Is Nok 350,000-450,000 Excluding Vat Per Year.
