The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Water Intake And Treatment Station In The Towns Of Zborowice And Wyszonowice, Reconstruction Of The Water Main And Water Supply Network Using The Trenchless Method Connecting The Towns Of Łojowice And Wawrzyszów, Construction Of A Sewage Treatment Plant At The Village Community Center In Kalinowa. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Works. Consisting Of:I. Reconstruction Of The Water Treatment Plant And Partial Demolition Of The Existing Facility In Wyszonowice. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1. Construction Of A New Suw Building With The Assumed Capacity: 1) For The Technological System - Qsuw = 5.0 M3/H;2) For The Network Pumping Station - Qmaxh = 25.0 M3/H;3) Maximum Daily Capacity Of The Suw - Qmaxd = 50.0 M3/D, Including: A) Installation Of A New Water Treatment Technology With A Filter Bed Regeneration System; B) Installation Of A New Water Disinfection System; C) Installation Of A New Network Pumping Station For Treated Water; D) Construction Of A New Internal Electrical Installation, Control And Automation System , Photovoltaic Installation;E) Construction Of Sanitary Installations.2. Construction Of Internal Roads And Hardened Areas: Pedestrian And Road Route 230.5 M2 Space For Solid Waste Container 6.0 M2 Strip Of Wells S1, S2 21.6 M2 Strip And Sidewalk At The Suw Building 23.0 M2 Total 281.1 M23. Replacement Of The Suw Fence Along With Two Gates And Its Partial Reconstruction (Western Section);4. Construction Of A Septic Tank With A Capacity Of 10 M3;5. Construction And Reconstruction Of Existing External Pipelines And Inter-Facility Channels To The Entrances And Exits Of The New Water Treatment System, With A Total Length Of 140.5 M;6. Construction Of A Network And Power Supply And Control Installations L = 46M And Area Lighting Installations L = 26.5M Including Lamps;7. Reconstruction Of Water Intakes, Including The Installation Of Compact Above-Ground Housings And Replacement Of Technical Equipment With New Ones;8. Installation Of A Generator Providing Emergency Power To The Station - Power 30Kva (24Kw);9. Demolition Of The Existing Suw Technological Building, Including: 1) Dismantling Of All Used Devices And Technological Installations Together With Pipelines Inside The Existing Suw Technological Building (The Devices Should Be Written Down In The Dismantling Protocol Along With Serial Numbers, If Any. The Report Should Be Handed Over To The Ordering Party For Liquidation And Collection Devices From The Inventory);2) Dismantling The Existing Internal Electrical Installation, Excluding The Deep Well Located In The Building, Intended For Reconstruction And Further Operation;10. Partial Dismantling Of Inter-Facility Intra-Plant Networks In Places Of Collision With The Designed Infrastructure. Ii. Reconstruction Of The Water Treatment Plant And Partial Demolition Of The Existing Facility In Zborowice. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1. Construction Of A New Suw Building With The Assumed Capacity: 1) For The Technological System - Qsuw = 7.0 M3/H;2) For The Network Pumping Station - Qmaxh = 25.0 M3/H;3) Maximum Daily Capacity Of The Suw - Qmaxd = 70.0 M3/D, Including: A) Installation Of A New Water Treatment Technology With A Filter Bed Regeneration System; B) Installation Of A New Water Disinfection System; C) Installation Of A New Network Pumping Station For Treated Water; D) Construction Of A New Internal Electrical Installation, Control And Automation System , Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof;E) Execution Of Sanitary Installations.2. Construction Of A Clean Water Tank With A Volume Of V = 75M3, Placed On A Reinforced Concrete Slab. The Foundation For A Steel Tank Vu = 75 M3 In The Form Of A Circle With A Diameter D = 4650 M Larger By 0.15 M Than The Diameter Of The Steel Tank. The Foundation Was Designed With A Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Structure.3. Construction Of Internal Roads And Hardening Of The Area: Pedestrian And Road Route 374.8 M2 Space For Solid Waste Container 5.68 M2 Embankment Of S1, S2 Wells 27.25 M2 Embankment And Sidewalk At The Suw Building 52.0 M2 Total 459.73 M24. Construction Of A Septic Tank With A Capacity Of 10 M3;5. Construction And Reconstruction Of External Networks Supplying And Controlling The Operation Of The Suw With A Total Length Of L = 49M;6. Construction Of A Lighting Installation With A Total Length Of L = 97 M, Including Lamps;7. Construction And Reconstruction Of Existing External Pipelines And Inter-Facility Channels To The Entrances And Exits Of The New Water Treatment System With A Total Length Of L = 85M;8. Reconstruction Of Water Intakes, Including The Installation Of Compact Above-Ground Housings And Replacement Of Technical Equipment With New Ones;9. Installation Of A Generator Providing Emergency Power To The Station - Power 30Kva (24Kw);10. Replacement Of The Suw Fence With The Entrance Gate - Total Length Of The Fence L=288.5 M;11. Demolition Of The Existing Suw Building, Including: 3) Dismantling Of All Used Devices And Technological Installations Along With Pipelines Inside The Existing Suw Technological Building. (The Devices Should Be Written Down In A Disassembly Report Along With Serial Numbers, If Any. The Report Should Be Forwarded To The Ordering Party In Order To Liquidate And Remove The Devices From The Inventory);4) Dismantling The Existing Internal Electrical Installation;12. Partial Demolition Of Inter-Facility Internal Networks In Places Of Collision With The Designed Infrastructure. Iii. Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Main Using The Trenchless Method Connecting The Łojowice Water Supply Station With The Reconstructed Water Supply Network Connecting The Towns Of Łojowice And Wawrzyszów. The Designed Pipeline Is Located On Private Plots And Plots Belonging To Those Presented In The Appendix To The Project (Table 1 - List Of Plots). The Investment Project Includes: 1) Reconstruction Of The Ø125 Water Main With A Total Length Of 170 M; 2) Reconstruction Of The Ø125 Water Supply Network With Total Length Of 1320 M.Iv. Construction Of A Sewage Treatment Plant At The Municipal Village Community Center In Kalinowa. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: A) Development Of Design Documentation (Construction And Executive Design) Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Resolutions And Administrative Decisions, Including Water And Legal Permits And Building Permits; B) Construction, Training, Commissioning, Tests And Commissioning And Use Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Together With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. The Contractors Obligations Include, Among Others: A) Maintenance, During The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works, Renovated Facilities In Motion, I.E. Ensuring The Production And Supply Of Water To Consumers In The Appropriate Quantity And Quality, Along With The Provision And Maintenance Of Temporary Solutions Resulting From The Technology And Staging Carried Out As Part Of The Modernization Of Works; B) Commissioning Of Devices And Commissioning Of Installations Constituting The Subject Of The Order ;C) Conducting Operational Tests To The Necessary Extent; D) Conducting Training Of The Ordering Partys Technical Staff In The Field Of Service, Operation And Health And Safety For The Facilities That Are The Subject Of The Order; E) Achieving The Effect And Technical And Technological Parameters Of Water; F) Ensuring A Guarantee Of Proper Performance Of Works And Service Post-Warranty; G) Obtaining All Documents, Including An Occupancy Permit And Meeting All Requirements For Putting The Facility Into Operation And Use. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is The Construction Design And Stwior. In Addition, The Ordering Party Provides The Bill Of Quantities From The Investors Cost Estimate, Which Is Only An Auxiliary Function, And Not Applicable To The Evaluation Of The Offer By The Contractor.
