The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Installation Of Two Ground-Source Heat Pumps As Part Of The Project Construction Of Renewable Energy Sources In The Commune Of Lipusz And The Commune Of Nowa Karczma Implemented Under The Regional Operational Program Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship For The Years 2014 - 2020, Priority Axis 10 Energy, Measure 10.3. Renewable Energy Sources, Sub-Measure Renewable Energy Sources - Subsidy Support For Facilities Where The Following Units Are Located:1.1. Primary School In Szatarpy - 40 Kw;1.2. Communal Culture, Sports And Recreation Center In Nowa Karczma - 25 Kw.2. The Buildings Will Be Used Throughout The Duration Of The Works. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works In A Way That Allows The Use Of The Rooms To Perform The Tasks Of The Units, Including Heating The Functioning Rooms During The Heating Season. After Agreeing With The Employer, The Heating Source Will Be Changed. In Connection With The Extension And Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Primary School In Szatarpy, Which Is Carried Out At The Same Time, Including I.A. Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation And Renovation Of The Basement Rooms, The Implementation Of The Contract Should Be Adapted And Coordinated With The Indicated Construction Works. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Premises And Carry Out The Works In A Way That Guarantees The Least Possible Difficulties In The Functioning Of The Buildings And The Greatest Possible Reduction Of Nuisance Related To The Execution Of The Works. During The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect The Premises, Equipment And Existing Installations Against The Effects Of Dust And Other Factors. When Users Are In The Buildings, The Contractor Is Obliged To Limit Work That Is Burdensome For These People. Execution Of Works Significantly Arduous For Users Should Be Carried Out In The Afternoon And On Days When Users Are Not Present. Damaged Finishing Elements Should Be Restored To Their Previous Condition, Primarily By Supplementing Floors, Plasters, Gypsum Plasters And Paint Coatings. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Safety In The Area Of ​​The Works, With Particular Emphasis On The Safety Of Children.3. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 3.1.
