1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Design Services In The Scope Of Developing The Concept And Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Drainage Of Maciek And Dorota Park For The Task Entitled: Drainage Of Maciek And Dorota Park, For The Municipal Greenery Board In Krakow. Procedure No. Np.26.2.74.23.Do.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 1.2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Matter And Material Scope Of The Order. 1.3 As Part Of The Order, A Concept And Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Drainage Of The Maciek And Dorota Park Must Be Prepared. 1.4 The Scope Of Work Includes Developing A Concept For The Parks Drainage, Developing Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining The Required Formal And Legal Decisions For The Implementation Of The Project, Based On The Developed Concept And The Project In The Area Of Plot No. 348/22, Podgórze-68 District In The Maciek And Dorota Park.1.5 The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least 72 Months Of Warranty And Guarantee Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract, And Within And During The Period Of The Warranty And Guarantee Granted To The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform The Authors Supervision Function As Part Of A Lump Sum Remuneration.2. The Contractor Should Complete And Sign The Offer Form With Attachments Or Submit An Offer Corresponding To Their Content, Using A Qualified Electronic Signature, Trusted Signature Or Personal Signature And Post It Using The E-Procurement Platform, Available On The Website Http://Ezamowienia.Gov.Pl . 3. The Contractor Must Attach To The Offer All Documents, Declarations And Attachments Presented In The Swz Signed Using A Qualified Electronic Signature, Trusted Signature Or Personal Signature.4. The Contractor Must Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Swz.5. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Included In The Swz.
