Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Documentation For The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of A New Multifunctional Sports Field With A Fixed Roof At The School Complex In Gdów

1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Preparation Of A Full-Discipline, Complete Design, Executive And Cost-Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Sports Hall Building, In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Program Entitled Olimpia Program - Program For The Construction Of School Sports Halls For The 100Th Anniversary Of The First Performances Of The Polish National Team At The Olympic Games, For The Hall Located At The School Complex In Gdów, Together With A Valid Decision For A Building Permit.2. In Terms Of The Designed Solutions For The Above-Mentioned Building, The Following Expectations Of The Employer Should Be Taken Into Account In Particular: A) Construction Of A Sports And Entertainment Hall Building Without Connection To The Building Of The School Complex In Gdów. The Hall Includes: A Multi-Purpose Pitch With Playing Field Dimensions Of 20 M X 40 M With A Permanent Roof. The Employer Does Not Specify The Hall Preparation Technology, The Designers Task Is To Indicate The Optimal Solution For The Roofing Technology Allowed By The Competition Regulations (Arched Roofing Of The Hall With A Structure Of Glued Laminated Wood With A Membrane Coating; Arched Roofing Of The Hall With A Metal Structure With A Membrane Coating; Metal Roofing With A Self-Supporting Structure). B) The Ordering Party Plans To Construct Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities Located Inside The Hall (In The Hall Body) With An Area Of Over 100 M2 Including: Mens, Womens And Disabled Toilets; Two Bathrooms/Washrooms, Three Cloakrooms, A Sports Equipment Warehouse, A Room For Pe Teachers And A Utility Room With Communication Routes. It Should Include, Among Others, The Following Rooms:  Locker Rooms And Bathrooms For Athletes;  Public Toilets, Including A Toilet For People With Disabilities;  Teachers (Trainers) Room;  First Aid Room;  Warehouse; Utility Room;  Boiler Room; Other Rooms Necessary For Functioning Of The Halld) Polyurethane Surface Intended For Multifunctional Sports Fields, E) Sports Stands In The Halls Room; F) Installations In The Hall, Including Heating Systems, Should Be Designed Taking Into Account Solutions That Increase The Use Of Renewable Energy Sources. The Applicant Requires The Design Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Power Covering The Halls Demand And A Central Heating Installation. With An Energy Source That Uses Renewable Energy (E.G. Air/Ground Heat Pump, Biomass Boiler, Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Covering The Halls Heat Demand), Installations, I.E.: Ventilation And Air-Conditioning, Water And Sewage, Electrical, External Monitoring G) A Mandatory Element Of The Halls Equipment There Should Be Mobile Laser Shooting Ranges (Virtual) For Min. 4 Stands. The Installations Should Be Able To Be Dismantled And Installed In The Hall Itself For The Duration Of Shooting Classes; H) Sports Equipment Of The Facility, E.G. Balls, Goals, Baskets, Mattresses, Gymnastic Ladders To Be Agreed With The Employer At The Design Stage; I) All Facilities Made In Technology Ensuring The Safety Of Users ;J) Installation Of An Alarm System And Video Monitoring With The Necessary Equipment.3. The Final Scope Of Construction Works Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At The Design Stage.4. Accessibility Requirements: A) Facility With Access From Ground Level, Without Horizontal Obstacles. The Pedestrian Route Leading To The Facility Will Have A Slope (Terrain Differences Occur) Of Less Than 2%; B) Places To Rest Will Be Provided Along The Pedestrian Route, C) Parking Spaces For The Disabled Will Be Provided In The Vicinity Of The Facility In Accordance With The Regulations, In The Vicinity Of The Facility. Places Covered With A Hardened Surface (Even And Smooth) With A Sunlight Reflectance Index (So-Called Sr Value) Of At Least 0.33; Access From The Parking Space Directly To The Pedestrian Route Without Any Terrain Obstacles (Curbs, Edges). Places Marked With A Vertical Sign With A Pictogram Showing A Person In A Wheelchair (D-18 With A T-29 Plate And A P-18 Horizontal Sign With The Symbol P-24 And A Blue Surface); D) Entrance To The Facility Enabling Access From The Ground Level, Double Doors Traditional With A Lowered Handle Or Automatic; Before And After The Entrance, A Place For A Maneuvering Area Of ​​At Least 150 Cm X 150 Cm Will Be Designed, E) A Toilet For The Disabled Located In The Building Inside The Hall, With Access Directly From The Corridor. The Toilet Will Be Equipped With: A Washbasin Support, Wall And Floor W/C Handrail, Angular Wall W/C Handrail, Wall Handles. In The Toilet, A Maneuvering Space With Dimensions Of At Least 1.5 X 1.5 M Will Be Provided; F) Access To All Public Spaces Inside The Hall (Social Part) Will Be Provided; ; Places For Wheelchair Users In The Auditorium And Rest Areas In Communication Routes; H) All Rooms Will Be Additionally Marked With Braille Signs.
