Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Virtual Shooting Range As Part Of The Competition: Shooting Range In The District 2023 For The Task Entitled: Creation Of A Virtual Shooting Range
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of The First Equipment Of The Virtual Shooting Range Located In The Building Of The Vocational School Complex In Go dap, Ul. Ja wieska 14 In Go dap (Hereinafter Zsz In Go dap). 2. The Designed Shooting Range Will Be A Complete, Multimedia, Portable, Shooting School And Training System, Developed For The Needs Of The Civilian Market On The Basis Of Military Systems. It Is Not Subject To Concession Trade And Is Intended For Students Of Schools Conducting Didactic And Educational Activities In The Field Of State Defense. 1) The Shooting Range Will Be Intended For Learning And Improving Skills In The Field Of: Using Various Types Of Mechanical Sights And Collimators With Small Magnifications; C) Exercises In Observation - Detection, Recognition And Identification Of Targets; D) Conducting Accurate Fire From Various Positions, At Various Distances, Including Moving Targets, Appearing Under Changing Lighting Conditions And Limited Visibility; E) Joint Performance Of Shooting Tasks With Varying Degrees Of Complexity.3. In Addition To The Delivery And Assembly Of The Complete Shooting Range, The Contractor Is Obliged To Train 2-5 Employees Of The Employer In The Scope Of Comprehensive Operation Of The Shooting Range. 4. The Contracting Authority Indicates That The Contract May Be Awarded Only To The Contractor Who Meets All The Requirements Referred To In The Competition Notice - Appendix No. 5 To The Tor And In The Co-Financing Agreement - Appendix No. 7 To The Tor. This Is A Condition For Receiving Funding. An Offer That Does Not Meet The Above-Mentioned Requirements Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Item 5) Of The Public Procurement Law, As An Offer Whose Content Is Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For Its Implementation Are Included In Annexes: No. 1 To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), No. 4 To Swz Entitled The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, No. 5 To Swz Entitled Announcement Of The Competition And No. 6 To The Swz Entitled Bill Of Quantities
