Maintenance Services For Human Cemeteries And Crematoriums Under The Direct Administration Of The Administration Of Human Cemeteries And Crematoriums Include Characteristic Operations And Professional Activities Adapted To The Specifics Of Cemeteries, Aimed At Ensuring The Functionality Of Cemeteries Under The Conditions Imposed By Law. The Operations To Be Performed Are Both Mechanized Operations And Manual Operations, Due To The Specific Conditions Of The Land. The Object Of The Contract Refers To Regular Services, Necessary And Mandatory Both By The Legislation In Force And By The Nature Of The Basic Administrative Services That Make Up The Type Of Attributions Of The Contracting Authority, In This Case The Maintenance Of Optimal Maintenance Conditions For The Objectives Managed By It. The Service Includes Characteristic Operations And Professional Activities Adapted To The Specifics Of Cemeteries, Under The Conditions Imposed By Law. Note: According To The Provisions Of Art. 160 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authority Establishes 1 Deadline In Which It Will Ensure A Clear And Complete Response To The Requests For Clarification/Additional Information Of The Bidders As Follows: The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers/Candidates Is 18 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Fully To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Tenders.
