Processing Of Project Documentation For The Construction Of The České Třebovsk Business Incubator (Th-Pink) Including The Performance Of Authors Supervision By The Designer. The Subject Of The Project Is The Reconstruction Of The Building In The Skalka Area, Which Is Part Of The Gustav Habrman Technical And Transport Secondary School In Česká Třebová. After The Total Reconstruction Of The Building, Office Spaces And Workshops Will Be Created Here, Which Will Be Used By Čtpink. The Building Will Be Insulated As A Whole, Including The Replacement Of The Heating, Reconstruction Of The Interior Spaces And Furnishing With Office And Mechanical Equipment Using Funds From National Sources/Budget Chapter Of The Ministry Of Industry And Trade. In Terms Of Equipment, There Will Be A Relatively Large (Approx. 70%) Representation Of Workshop Spaces With Shared Equipment, Which Will Be Used By Both Companies From The Incubator And The School. The Workshop Spaces Will Be Uniquely Designed. They Will Be Fully Equipped And Only Allow Renting Machines For A Certain Period Of Time. In Čtpink, The Space Will Be Solved With Movable Partitions/Walls And Will Be Equipped In Such A Way That Already Started Smaller Projects With Their Own Machinery Can Enter The Space. The Subject Of The Project Is Also The External Paved Areas, Including The Parking Lot And Landscaping.
