The Other Companies Of The Ibb Group (Hereinafter: Those Entitled To Join), In Particular Ibb Business Team Gmbh, Ibb Capital Gmbh Or Ibb Ventures, Should Be Given The Opportunity To Join This Contract In Order To Offer Their Employees A Corresponding Leasing Offer On The Basis Of This Contract Make Possible. The Contractor Agrees To Provide The Services From This Contractual Relationship To A Person Entitled To Join. The Precise Details Of The Technical And Operational Implementation Will Be Coordinated And Implemented After The Successful Accession Between The Contractor And The Acceding Company. The Rights And Obligations Between Those Entitled To Join And The Contractor Exist Independently Of The Obligations Between Ibb And The Contractor.
