The Framework Agreement Is A Municipally Binding Agreement, Which Is Offered In Close Cooperation With And On Behalf Of The Municipalities. This Means That The Framework Agreement Entails A Binding Element For The Municipalities That Choose To Join The Framework Agreement. The Obliged Customers And The Extent And Nature Of The Obligation Will Appear As Part Of The Tender Material. The Range Of The Framework Agreement Covers Over 5 Categories Within Recycling Aids; Rollators, Electric Scooters, Beds, Mattresses And Toilet/Bath. Each Category Contains A Number Of Partial Agreements. The Range Includes The Products That The Municipalities Most Often Acquire, And Will Therefore Not Cover The Municipalities Needs For Specially Adapted Aids. The Purpose Of This Order Is To Reduce The Deadline For Receiving Bids.
