The Subject Of The Contract Is The Planning, Preparation And Implementation Of Trainings For The Polish Industry In Terms Of Performing Works For The Civil Nuclear Power Industry, The Main Purpose Of Which Is To Increase The Competence Of The Polish Industry In The Area Of Quality, Business And Technical Requirements, Specific In The Civil Nuclear Power Industry, For The Fullest Possible Inclusion In The Implementation Of The Pnpp And Into Global Supply Chains. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Conditions For Its Implementation Are Presented In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is A Model Contract With Attachments. The Contracting Authority Envisages Awarding The Contract Referred To In Art. 214 Sec. 1 Item 7) Of The Public Procurement Law Up To 50% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract. The Subject Of The Above-Mentioned The Following Services Will Be Ordered: 1. Development Of A Detailed Training Concept. 2. Preparation And Implementation Of Training. 3. Promotion Of The Implemented Project - The Trainings In Question - On Industry Forums. The Contract Will Be A Repetition Of Similar Services Specified In The Requirements For The Basic Contract And Will Be Awarded Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract For The Basic Contract. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Canceling The Contract Award Procedure, Pursuant To Art. 257 Point 1 Of The Act, If The Funds It Intends To Allocate To Finance The Contract Are Not Granted To It.
