The Project Contemplates The Construction Of An Expansion For The Headquarters Located At Calle Central N°3010, Michaihue Sector, Where The Unión Michaihue Amateur Soccer Field Is Currently Located. The Expansion Will Be For A Total Of 82.7 M2 Built, Which Will Generate A Headquarters With A Total Of 152.55 M2 Built. The Structure Is Based On Reinforced Confined Masonry And Interior Metal Partition Walls, With Exterior And Interior Coating Of Stucco And A Pv4 Steel Plate Cover. The Main Pavement Will Be Honey-Colored Ceramic And Will Have Sanitary Fixtures In Bathrooms And Kitchen. Design Dimensions And Specifications Take Precedence Over All Other Dimensions And Specifications (Including Architecture). For The Execution Of The Remaining Items, The Architecture Project Will Prevail With Its Dimensions And Specifications Over The Specialty Projects.
