Part I - Conducting Hipotherapy Classesa) The Subject Of The Order Is Conducting Hippotherapy Classes In An Estimated Number And Broken Down Into Years: In 2024 - About 300 Clock Hours (60 Min)), Not More Than 30 Hours/Month3) In 2025 - About 300 Clock Hours (60 Minutes)), Not More Than 30 Hours/Month4) In 2026 - About 300 Clock Hours (60 Minutes), Not More Than 30 Hours/Month For Children Aged 0 To The Time Of Starting Education In Primary School, Referred By The Psychological And Pedagogical Counseling Center In aga , Resulting From The Program Of Comprehensive Support For Families For Life ( Task 2.4, Priority Ii Of The Programme: Early Support For The Development Of The Child And His Family); Remuneration For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made Monthly In Arrears, On The Terms Set Out In 3 Below, Taking Into Account The Number Of Hours Actually Performed In A Given Settlement Period. The Billing Period Is A Calendar Month. For The Unrealized Estimated Number Of Hours, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect, Subject To Point A.6) Below. - In 2024 - 100 Hours (60 Minutes), - In 2025 - 100 Hours (60 Minutes), - In 2026 - 100 Hours (60 Minutes), B) The Contractors Duties Will Include In Particular: B.1) Conducting Hippotherapy Sessions Based On Opinions On Early Development Support; B.2) Keeping Documentation, Including: Specialists Work Cards (At The End Of The Billing Month), Work Cards With The Client (At The End Of Each Stay Specified In Point C)); B.3) Maintaining A Register Of Admitted Persons; B.4) Perform The Activities That Are The Subject Of The Contract With Due Diligence; B.5) Ensuring The Correct Implementation Of This Order; B.6) Submitting To The Ordering Party, By The 5Th Day After The Settlement Month, A Summary Of The Completed Classes, Including: The Number Of Hours Spent On The Service And The Number Of People Who Used It (Except For The December Settlement Which Must Be Received By December 20 Of A Given Year); B.7) Cooperation With Other Institutions Or Entities If Necessary; B.8) As Part Of This Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Participate In Meetings And Team Consultations Organized For Parents/Guardians C) The Planned Schedule Of Classes Will Be Divided Into The Following Camps: C.1) 1St Camp - From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until December 20, 2023 C.1) 2Nd Round - From January 1, 2024 Until June 30, 2024 C.1) 3Rd Round - From July 1, 2024 Until December 20, 2024 C.1) 4Th Round From January 1, 2025 Until June 30, 2025 C.1) 5Th Round - From July 1, 2025 Until December 20, 2025 C.1) Vi Roundus From January 1, 2026 Until June 30, 2026 C.1) 7Th Round - From July 1, 2026 Until 20.12.2026 D) The Number Of Children Covered By The Support Is Open And Will Be Indicated By The Psychological And Pedagogical Counseling Center (Ppp) In aga Before The Start Of Each Stay In Accordance With The Rules Of Providing Support For Families. E) The Provision Of This Service Will Take Place Within Its Own Office, Having The Attestations, Permits, Certificates, Etc. Required By Law.
