According To Art. 160 Para. 1 Of Law 98/2016, The Deadline By Which Any Economic Operator Interested In Participating In The Public Procurement Procedure Has The Right To Request Additional Clarifications/Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is: The First Deadline Is 26 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers; The Second Deadline Is 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. B. According To Art. 160 Para. 2 Of Law 98/2016, The Contracting Authority Establishes Two Deadlines In Which It Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Additional Clarifications/Information: The First Deadline Is 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers; The Second Deadline Is 12 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. Depending On The Complexity Of The Clarification Requests Addressed By The Economic Operators, For Which The Answers Should Be Published At The First Deadline Indicated Above, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Publish The Answers To The Respective Clarifications At The Second Deadline Established In The Award Documentation. The Deadlines For Responding To The Clarifications Have Been Established So That The Economic Operators Have An Adequate Period To Analyze The Award Documentation And, Subsequently, To Prepare The Offers Through The Prism Of The Answers Provided By The Contracting Authority. C. Any Request For Clarification Sent After The Date Mentioned In Point A, Will Make Ac Unable To Provide An Answer And As A Result Will Be Considered Late. D. Any Request For Clarification Must Be Sent To Seap (Www.Elicitatie.Ro).
