The Object Of The Contract Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Set Of Optical Pulse Transmitter/Receiver Components The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers Is 16 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications Or Additional Information On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Will Only Respond To Clarification Requests Addressed By Economic Operators Up To The Established Deadline.
