Request For Proposals Are Invited For Integrated Network Operations Center And Services. 1. Scope Of Work/Services Of The Project Includes Design, Supply, Delivery, Setup/Assembly, Installation, Configuration & Programming, Integration, Testing, Commissioning And Maintenance Of Integrated Network Operations Center And Services. 2. Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Configuration Of The Inoc Solution Along With All The Required Subscription Licenses And Integration With Existing Network Management System And Network Elements For Centralized Monitoring And Management. 3. Integrated Network Operations Center (Inoc) Engineering And Fit Out Works Shall Comprise The Design, Architecture Layouts, And Modification Works In The Inoc Facility Which Shall Include Civil, Electrical, Mechanical/Instrumentation, Furniture, Telecommunication, Audio Visual, Uninterrupted Power Supply System, And Closed-Circuit Television (Cctv) System. 4. Modification Works To The Existing Allocated Inoc Area In The New Citg Building Including Civil Works Like Ceiling, Raised Floor, Partition Wall And Glazing Partition With Automatic Sliding Double Door, Painting, Cubical And Other Related Works. 5. Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Telecommunication Works, Uninterrupted Power Supply System, Audio Visual System Which Includes Video Wall, Furniture For The Inoc Viewing Area, Supervisor Cubical And Conference Room And Associated Equipment, Cctv System, Electrical Works Which Include Lighting System Along With The Modification And Restoration Of The Existing Services For The Instrumentation, Mechanical And Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (Hvac) Works,. 6. Provision Of Integrated Network Operations Center Services (Inoc Services) Through Inoc Supervisor And Inoc Agents 24 Hours A Day And 365 Days A Year Basis, Warranty And On-Site Maintenance Support Services In Accordance With The Service Levels. 7.
