The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Construction Of A Container Public Pavilion Called Krośnieńska Winetheque. The Pavilion Will Serve As A Place For Tasting And Buying Local Wines And Will Allow You To Learn About The History Of Winemaking Traditions In The Region. The Facility Is Planned To Be Constructed On Plot No. 1075/3 In Krosno Odrzańskie, In The Area Of ​​The City Park. The Order Also Includes Land Development And Construction Equipment Related To This Facility. Components Of The Investment: Preparation Of A Construction Project In All Industries, Together With Consultations, Opinions And A Building Permit, Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Preparation Of Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities, Construction Of A One-Story Container Pavilion Krośnieńska Winetheque With Dimensions In The Plan Of 5.0 M X 6 .0 M, Land Development Including The Construction Of A Water Supply, Sewage And Power Connection, Construction Of A Fence, A Terrace By The Pavilion And A Pavement Made Of Concrete Cubes, Construction Of A Possible Ramp For The Disabled. 2. The Ordering Party Envisages Two Stages Of Task Implementation. 1) The Implementation Of Stage I Includes The Following Studies And Services: A) Development Of Maps For Design Purposes, B) Development Of A Multi-Discipline Conceptual Design - 2 Copies, C) Development Of A Construction Design - 4 Copies, D) Development Of Multi-Discipline Executive Designs - 4 Copies ., E) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - 4 Copies, F) Development Of Bills Of Quantities - 3 Copies, G) Development Of Investor Cost Estimates - 3 Copies, H) The Employer Specifies The Forms Of Technical Documentation Development: In The Paper Version In The Amounts As Above, In The Electronic Version (2 Copies) On An Electronic Cd Or Dvd, Including: • Design Documentation: Multi-Discipline Conceptual Design, Construction Design, Detailed Designs In The Format (*.Pdf), For Text ( *.Pdf), • Bills Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimates In (*.Xls) And (*.Pdf) Formats, • Technical Specifications For Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - In (*.Pdf) Format, • Formal And Legal Attachments Including: Decisions, Opinions, Expert Opinions, Permits And Arrangements Will Be Provided By The Contractor In Originals And On An Electronic Cd Or Dvd In The Format (*.Pdf). I) As Part Of The Preparation Of The Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To: Take Into Account The Employers Recommendations During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Consult With The Employer At Every Stage Of Designing The Documentation Of Solutions Regarding Significant Elements Affecting The Costs, Remove Any Errors In The Design Documentation At Its Own Expense In The Shortest Reasonable Time Immediately After Their Detection During The Period Of Execution Of Works Performed On The Basis Of The Design, So That There Is No Unjustified Interruption Or Extension Of Their Completion Time, Obtaining On Behalf Of The Employer All The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Permits For Construction And Use For The Investment Project Of The Facilities Specified In The Fup, Transfer Copyrights To The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Responsible For Defects In The Design Documentation Until Post-Warranty Acceptance. The Defects In The Design Documentation Revealed During This Period Are To Be Corrected By The Contractor In An Emergency Mode Immediately After Their Discovery (Received Notification); 2) The Implementation Of Stage Ii Includes Construction Works Aimed At The Implementation Of The Task In Question In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Obtaining A Valid Decision Of The Occupancy Permit After The Implementation Of The Task. The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Includes: A) Leveling The Site And Foundation Of The Facility B) Construction, Assembly And Finishing Works, C) Development Of The Facilitys Surroundings, Including: Construction Of Water Connections, Sewage System And Internal Power Supply Line, Construction Of A Tight Rainwater Tank, Construction Of Access From The Side Of The Promenade, Fencing Of The Area, Construction Of A Sidewalk From The Fence To The Facility, Construction (If Necessary) Of A Ramp For The Disabled And Entrance Stairs To The Pavilion, Construction Of An Observation Deck And Sowing Of Grass. D) The Investor Proposes That The Entrance To The Building Should Be Free Of Stairs (Instead Of Stairs, A Sidewalk With A Slope Of Max. 5%, E) Preparation Of Geodetic As-Built Documentation, F) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. 3) Size Parameters Of The Investment: Building Area: Approx. 30.0 M², Usable Area: Approx. 21.50 M², Net Volume: Approx. 65.0 M³, Net Height Of The Facility: 2.60 M, Gross Height Of The Facility: Approx. 3.20 M, Number Of Floors: 1, Paved Area: 40 M², Panel Fencing: Approx. 38 M,
