The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works Consisting In The Replacement Of The Central Heating System Along With The Replacement Of Heating Boilers And The Necessary Finishing Works, As Well As The Installation Of Control Automation. In Addition, The Employer Provides For The Installation Of A Ground-Based Photovoltaic Installation. The Works To Be Performed, Planned As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Concern The Building Of The Forest Seed Center Of The Zwierzyniec Forest Inspectorate At Ul. Szczepankiewicza 12, 22-470 Zwierzyniec, Plot No. 1264/2, Registration Unit 0602015_4 Zwierzyniec City, Precinct 0001 Zwierzyniec, Zamość Lublin. As Part Of The Modernization Of The Boiler House In The Facility, The Following Works Are Planned: A) In The Field Of General Construction Works Regarding The Boiler Room And The Lon Building, B) In The Field Of Sanitary Installations For The Central Heating Together With The Replacement Of Existing Boilers And The Assembly Of The Electrical System, Control Automation (Icpia), C) In The Field Of Photovoltaic Installation. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation, Consisting Of The Construction Design, Detailed Design, Stwiorb And The Bill Of Quantities. In The Event Of A Conflict, The Descriptions In The Drawings Take Precedence. The Employer Informs That The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Element For The Contractor And Does Not Exempt The Calculation Of The Lump Sum Offer Price On The Basis Of The Remaining Documentation And Possibly A Site Visit.
